Friday, January 1, New Year's Day

Epic Bridge Run, 9am-12pm, Be a part of The Cave History at The Most Known Bridge in The World, Start off the New Year right by performing a series of challenging workouts on both sides of the Golden Gate Bridge.

Hike with a Ranger, 8am-11 am, come for a special hike to learn about the ecology of our breathtaking redwood forest and all the amazing life within it. We will meet at the entrance by the Visitors Center. Reservations required; please call (415)-388-2596, Muir Woods.

Learn to Skate – Free Clinic, 11am – 1pm, Rangers will offer tips and techniques for beginners as well as ways to attack features that build confidence and skill. This event is geared towards the newbie skateboarder and those looking to cross over from other board sports, but aren’t quite sure how to start. All skill levels are welcome and no experience is necessary. Don’t forget to bring your board, helmet, and pads. McInnis Park, 310 Smith Ranch Rd, San Rafael.
