Formed in 1995, the Faure Quartett takes its name from the conference at which they met - the 150th anniversary of Gabriel Faures birth  and has established itself as one of the worlds most important concert venues, including the Royal Concertgebouw in Amsterdam, Alte Oper Frankfurt, Berlin Philharmonic, Teatro Colon Buenos Aires and Wigmore Hall in London.
