USAF Band of Golden West, Travis AFB

The Eagle Field Foundation will have several pieces of military equipment on site along with docents; WWI re-enactors on site; cockpit section of USN F-8 Crusader supersonic jet fighter from USS Hornet Carrier Museum; replica battle field  combat trench; Civil War and Desert Storm camp sites; a fly over by a UH-1 Huey which will also land (at Field of Honor).  All displays and equipment are here for educational purposes; all displays can be climbed on or climbed in, and there are individual to explain and answer questions.  Kids can learn so much from thes displays.  There will be hot dogs and/or popcorn available all day.  Bleachers are set up in shaded areas for during the ceremonies.
