The Downtown Berkeley Association is excited to announce the 2023 Front Row Arts Festival (FRAF) is returning for its second year, and it promises to be bigger and better. This free family event will take place on July 22, 2023, from 11am to 7pm, and will feature live music, food, and performances sponsored by some of the top names in the Bay Area arts and music scenes.

The Front Row Arts Festival is more than just a day of entertainment. It's also an opportunity to celebrate the vibrant arts scene in Downtown Berkeley. With its beautiful location and fantastic line up of performers and sponsors, this event promises to be a highlight of the summer.

The 2023 Front Row Arts Festival is produced thru a joint effort by the DBA and some of Berkeley’s Arts organizations including The Berkeley Rep, The Freight & Salvage, and Bay Area Children's Theatre, and the Berkeley Symphony and will take place on two stages along Shattuck Avenue and in the Downtown Plaza. A full line up will be announced in the weeks leading up to the event.
