The Camp for Kids AND Dogs! Partnering with Mill Valley's finest dog walkers and trainers, and meeting with local dog rescues, Golden Gate Parks Conservancy staff and Marin County Dog advocates, we'll get out on the trails and find out what's involved in choosing the right trails for a hike with your dog, how to walk dogs, and all of the etiquette involved with sharing the trails with wildlife and other people and their pets. Our goal is to keep the trails open for our furry friends by creating good stewards of the land and responsible dog owners. Campers can bring their own dog to camp at least once this week after passing a simple screening process developing by our dog training expert. All campers will have a chance to walk a dog every day.
Does your inquisitive child love animals? Wildlife Camp is a fun way to stimulate learning about wild animals and instill a life-long respect for nature.
Weekly camp programs are designed to captivate, engage and challenge young people, building environmental knowledge and values.
Camp Sea Quest is designed to give elementary school-age kids the chance to dive into marine science and ocean conservation. Through real science experiments, hands-on learning opportunities and nature-led programming, campers will discover the wonders of marine mammals and learn how we are all connected to the ocean.

Children learn to take care of horses, groom, saddle and bridle, with riding lessons in the ring and fun horsey games and activities. Lessons are on English saddles, as the close contact gives the rider a good feel of the horse and a well balanced seat.
Daily riding lessons will teach your child solid basic riding skills. Campers with more experience will continue to build on that foundation. Campers will learn grooming and saddling on their own horse and will also have fun bathing and braiding them. SAFETY on the ground and when mounted is strongly emphasized.
