Torpedo Wharf is a local rock band consisting of Carl Brown, Vaugh Brown, and Josh Goldberger from the Ross Valley.  The group was brought together when Vaughn’s dog, Winston, jumped into the bay and never returned.  Winston’s fearless act was a call to arms:  turn trauma into joyful noise.   The concert will also feature el camino real and KIDS ON A CRIME SPREE debuting from San Francisco and Oakland, respectfully.  Sponsored by the Fairfax Parks & Recreation Commission.
