NNO is an annual community-building campaign that promotes partnerships between law enforcement and communities. 

NNO provides an opportunity for neighbors in our county to join more than thirty-eight million people in more than sixteen thousand communities from all fifty states, U.S. territories, Canadian citi...es, and military bases worldwide to make Marin County a safer place to live.
