Our 2026 Theme: "Pride & True: Advance, Advocate, Act Up"
In 2026, Sonoma County Pride stands Pride & True.
At a time when LGBTQIA+ rights and representation are being actively debated across the country, our theme reflects clarity, integrity, and leadership. We are not reacting to headlines — we are affirming our community’s permanence and presence.
“Pride & True” is a declaration that LGBTQIA+ lives in Sonoma County are visible, valued, and woven into the civic fabric of our region.
This year’s calls to action — Advance, Advocate, Act Up — reflect a balanced commitment:
Advance equity and belonging through thoughtful leadership and community collaboration.
Advocate for policies and practices that ensure safety, inclusion, and opportunity.
Act Up in the spirit of responsible activism — honoring the legacy of those who fought for dignity and progress.
With nearly 20,000 annual attendees and regional participation across Northern California, Sonoma County Pride is more than a weekend festival. It is a platform for visibility, economic vitality, and civic engagement.
Partnering in 2026 means aligning with a Pride that is steady, forward-looking, and rooted in community impact.
The record stands.
Our community is here — and growing.
About Sonoma County Pride
Sonoma County Pride is a nonprofit organization dedicated to celebrating, empowering, and supporting the LGBTQ+ community in Sonoma County. Our mission is to promote equal rights, build connections, and celebrate the diversity and beauty of the LGBTQ+ population through events, education, and advocacy. We believe in creating a safe, inclusive space where people of all identities can come together to be proud of who they are.
Sonoma County Pride is run entirely by volunteers who are passionate about advocating for the LGBTQ+ community and creating spaces where love, respect, and equality are the cornerstones of everything we do. Every year, our team of volunteers works tirelessly to organize the parade, festival, and other events that bring our community together and inspire future generations of LGBTQ+ activists, allies, and advocates.
