Kids yoga classes are designed to be creative and fun. We will use movement to stimulate imagination, encourage body awareness, and teach conscious breathing techniques. 

We've been continuing to think about how best to support our school year parents, especially during this challenging time of home-schooling and supporting kids with the difficult feelings that school age children are grappling with during this lockdown (all while you're grappling with all your own feelings and fears right now). One way SMMC can support parents grappling with these challenges is to create a space where we can discuss and provide supportive community where they can share challenges and provide support to one another.
