Menlo Park Halloween Hoopla Parade and Carnival

  • Fremont Park 930 Santa Cruz Ave Menlo Park, CA, 94025 United States (map)

Calling all witches, wizards & woofs!  Decorate your bike, wagon, or scooter, dress up your furry friend and put on your Halloween costume as our ghoulish parade struts through downtown to a Halloween carnival at Fremont Park on Saturday, Oct. 24 from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m.

The costume parade will depart at 11 a.m. from the parking lot behind Cheeky Monkey (details below). Trick-or-treaters receive a free trick-or-treat bag to use at participating downtown Menlo Park stores.

Attendees will enjoy Halloween-inspired carnival games, jumpers, prizes, candy, balloon and tattoo artists, performances from Menlo Park school bands, and craft tables generously provided by Cheeky Monkey!  Photo opportunities abound with multiple Halloween backdrops, a touch-a-truck ambulance courtesy of American Medical Response, and a spooky vehicle from our Public Works fleet!

And be sure to check out the Fremont Park stage as award winning family entertainers, Lori and RJ, will be hosting an interactive party throughout the day with music, dancing, bubbles, puppets, magic and more!
