Save the date! Hayward Public Library’s Trunk or Treat festival returns to Heritage Plaza, across from the Downtown Library, on Saturday, Oct. 25, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., and this year will be bigger than ever. Dress in costume, or come as you are, but fun is guaranteed for all.
