Marin Waldorf Camp
Marin Waldorf's talented early childhood teachers welcome children ages 3.5 to 6 to attend our summer camp.
Vilda Village Camp
Join our nature based village for hands on skills and outdoor fun. We follow our curiosities to learn down to earth skills from adults who are skilled in their field. We track animals in the brush, water tomatoes in the garden, build a birdhouse in the carpentry room and cool off sitting in the shade of the oak trees working on crafts. We notice what our friends are doing as we pass by and perhaps try a new skill the next day. Projects and adventure are balanced with rest, story and timeless play.
Orca Camp
One of California’s oldest and most fun outdoor adventure programs with paddle sports, beach games, arts and crafts, music, story and natural history. Our enthusiastic counselors make sure your child stays safe and has fun.
Kroka Expeditions
Kroka Expeditions is a place-based outdoor education non-profit that fosters a living relationship with the natural world and the development of skilled, compassionate, and community-minded young people. Kroka has been running school, summer, and semester programs for youth ages 9-19 for over 25 years.
Trackers Earth
At Trackers we are champions of land and village. We are navigators of an epic world that needs to exist. We are a community where we remember the celebration of hearth, family, respect for the land and a timeless human story.
Out ‘n About
Our trips are perfect for pre-teens and teens with any level of experience but with enthusiasm, love and respect for the outdoors and a willingness to push themselves in every way. We will challenge ourselves physically, mentally and emotionally, but also plan on scoring high on the fun factor, so will make sure it is a great experience all around.
Windrush Farm
Windrush Farm Summer Camp is an outdoor experience your child will carry with them for the rest of their lives. Children learn how to take care of chickens, goats, sheep, alpacas and dogs. Together we collect eggs from the chickens, take turns milking the goats and harvest veggies from the gardens, to strengthen the understanding of where our food comes from. Favorite activities also include searching for tadpoles in the pond, herding the sheep, writing stories about the lone tree, felting with wool and singing goofy songs with Arann. And every Thursday we celebrate the good work we have done with a pizza party in the wood-burning outdoor oven.
Weaving Earth
Weaving Earth Center for Relational Education provides nature-based education for action at the confluence of ecological, social and personal systems change.
Headwaters Outdoor School
Teaching primitive skills Earth People have used throughout time to survive in kinship with the Earth: Wilderness Survival, Tracking, Edible and Medicinal Plants, Nature Awareness, Earth Philosophy and many others.
Farm Alley
Farm Alley offers a variety of camps each year that are inspiring, educational, and fun. We encourage and teach campers how to use natural materials with a focus on handmade paper. We engage with and appreciate the environment and we lead structured art projects on textiles, paper making, and natural dyes. We allow kids to discover their own resourcefulness and in doing so, learn more about themselves. We foster a cooperative group dynamic while also honoring the individual learning styles of each child.
Camp Tamarack
Camp Tamarack has been offering the Waldorf Community a quality wilderness experience for children 9-15 years old since 1971. Camp Tamarack is surrounded by granite peaks and tall pine trees. Children experience the outdoors by swimming in nearby lakes and streams, and hiking to stunning sites while forming life-long friendships.
