Join us to kick-off Bay Area Dance Week with a family friendly community celebration at Yerba Buena Gardens! Rhythm & Motion leads One Dance, a routine designed for all levels to perform together.

One Dance 2026, the high energy and family friendly dance is a mix of two songs: “Makeba” (Ian Asher remix) by Jain and “Energy” by Mical Teja. Everyone is welcome to participate and perform this with Rhythm & Motion live! No experience required! Learn the moves for One Dance here.
