UC Berkeley Youth Fall Internship Opportunity

The East Bay Academy for Young Scientists (EBAYS), is an environmental research program based at The Lawrence. EBAYS works in the community  identifying environmental health injustices and generating valuable scientific data while contributing to build awareness around environmental issues. EBAYS engages participants in generating solutions to these problems and inequities through research and activism.

This Fall, EBAYS is offering for the second time a very unique opportunity for 15 interns to conduct research and explore various components of environmental sciences and field work. If you know of a youth that might be interested in obtaining a certificate and being considered for this four-day Environmental Science Research Internship, please share this information. Any interested youth should apply before November 19th by completing this form.

The internship is offered on Saturdays from 12:30 p.m. to 5:00p.m. on the following days:  November 26, December 3, 10, 17)

Selected participants will be notified of acceptance by November 19th and will receive a packet with forms and next steps that need to be completed and submitted no later than November 21st.
