Traditionally, the Inverness Fair takes place on the Firehouse Green in Inverness on the second Saturday in August, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., with an early pancake breakfast beginning at 8 a.m. The Fair, produced by the Inverness Association, has been a free community celebration with music, food, drinks, cake raffles, interactive activities, and legendary rummage and plant sales all benefiting local non-profit organizations. 

The Cake Raffle is a highlight of the Inverness Fair, bringing out the community’s best bakers, and most devoted cake lovers.
