Meet Elephant & Piggie, Woody & Buzz at the Free Bay Area Kids’ Book Fair

A Book Fair the Whole Family Will Love

The landmark 10th annual free Bay Area Kids’ Book Fairs are coming November 7 to Cupertino and November 8 to San Ramon, bringing families a day of books, storytelling and fun. All-time favorite children’s book characters Elephant & Piggie, along with movie stars Woody and Buzz Lightyear from Toy Story, will be on hand each day to meet and greet fans of all ages. Sponsored storytelling with authors by Stanford Medicine Children’s Health will be featured at the fairs, which also showcase authors, illustrators, publishers and educational programs. The Book Fair is open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., with free admission and free parking at both locations.

Free Bay Area Kids’ Book Fair family tickets can be reserved by clicking on the Eventbrite link at the event website www.BayAreaKidsBookFair.com. All adults registering in advance online will receive a $2 Book Buck at check-in to be used for their first purchase at the Book Fair.

The first 200 families daily will get a free book backpack compliments of Stanford Medicine Children’s Health. Attendees are encouraged to bring canned goods to donate. They will receive a free raffle ticket for each donated can.
