Learn to Skate at McInnis, 11am – 1pm, Join us at the McInnis Skate Park where rangers will offer tips and techniques for beginners as well as ways to attack features that build confidence and skill. This event is geared towards the newbie skateboarder and those looking to cross over from other board sports, but aren’t quite sure how to start.

Nature for Kids: Cascade Canyon, 10am – 1pm, By now the creek should be rushing, and the waterfall might be going full blast. We’ll search for insects, amphibians, and more. We’ll learn about an amazing fish called the steelhead that comes into the bay from the ocean and swims up this creek to lay eggs and then goes back out to sea! Meet at the gate at the end of Cascade Dr.
