Welcome to the Teen Zone at Mill Valley Recreation

TEEN ZONE

The Teen Program utilizes the Teen Zone, Community Center and Aquatics and Fitness facilities and surrounding fields to provide middle school-aged students with leisure activities after school. Classes, trips and special events are also offered in the evenings, weekends and school holidays to provide a well-rounded program. During the summer, teen summer adventure camps are offered to provide youth with the opportunity to have some fun and explore all the Bay Area has to offer.

New Kidz On the Block Party

September 20th, 2019

Start the new school year off right with this Teen Zone party exclusively for 6th graders! This awesome night of fun games, cool activities and tasty food is the perfect opportunity to hang out with your friends or make new ones as you begin your middle school experience!

49ers vs Raiders Party!

October 7th, 2019

It’s time for Teen Zone’s annual FREE 49ers watch party! Watch in style as the Bay Area’s favorite football team takes on the exciting Cleveland Browns! Dinner and refreshments will be provided.

Fright Night @ the Scream Zone

October 18th, 2019

We’ll be celebrating Halloween early this year at Teen Zone’s annual Fright Night party featuring pumpkin carving, a costume contest and more! Put on your spookiest costume and head on over for a ghoulishly good time!

Trip: I Made it Glass!

November 8th, 2019

Join Teen Zone on its first trip of the school year as we head over to I Made it Glass, a local art studio where participants will get to make awesome art projects made out of, you guessed it, glass! Don’t miss out!

Movie Night

November 15th, 2019

Time for another teen movie night at the Center! We’ll be settling down in comfy seats with tasty snacks to watch an exciting movie on the Community Center’s giant projector and screen!

Freeze Zone Winter Pool Party

December 13th, 2019

The best part about having an indoor pool is that you can have a pool party any time of year! Join us for our annual winter pool party and spend the night swimming and sliding with friends!
