From May-October the City of Oakley hosts Concerts in Civic Center Plaza on the first Friday of each month. The concert series connects families and friends while providing a free, fun-filled event that has become an Oakley summer tradition. Each Friday community members dance in front of the stage, picnic on the amphitheater lawn and play on the playground while listening to the sweet sounds of local bands. The Foodie Crew provides food trucks and refreshments to each event.
