The Music in the Park Series returns for the 2025 summer season, bringing you even more free, live music in the heart of Berkeley.
Groove Ride is an 11-piece band from the San Francisco Bay Area formed on April 5, 2012, by Doc Robinson. Groove Ride has 2 simple goals; make people dance; and let them see a show! They deliver the sound of the top party/dance bands from the 70's to the present, along with a high powered show filled with fun and energy!
The City of Albany Concerts in the Park series is a free, family-friendly event held at Memorial Park on Wednesdays from 6:00-7:30 pm during the summer. This outdoor concert series showcases a diverse lineup of live music, creating a welcoming space for the community to gather and enjoy performances. Attendees are encouraged to bring blankets and picnic dinners while enjoying the park’s open spaces.

The Downtown Berkeley Association (DBA) is proud to announce the launch of Sidewalk Sessions, a new summer-long busker program that brings live, acoustic music to the sidewalks, plazas, and corners of Downtown Berkeley. The program kicks off today with two live performances and will continue through the end of August with scheduled sets at high-traffic public spaces across the district.
All concerts are FREE and perfect for the whole family! No tickets are required, but seating is first-come, first-served, so be sure to arrive early.

Set in this vibrant community gathering space, surrounded by greenery and downtown amenities, this outdoor performance offers an accessible and engaging cultural experience for all ages.

Our outdoor concert venue is at the corner of Park Place and Washington Avenue in historic downtown Point Richmond. Concerts are held on the last Friday of June, July and August, from 5:30 pm to 8ish.
Join us on Fridays, June 13, June 27, July 11, and July 25 for Groovin' at the Grove - free summer concerts at the Shirley Sisk Grove (next to NewPark Mall). 5:00 - 7:30 pm. Gates open at 4:00 pm. Bring a blanket or folding chair, grab a spot, and enjoy the music. Admission is FREE!
