The Petaluma River sparkles with lighted, decorated boats as people from Petaluma and beyond line its shores for the spectacle. Presented by the Petaluma Yacht Club, this is a signature holiday event. Boats of all sizes and descriptions from fancy yachts to stand up paddleboards depart from the Petaluma Marina at 5:30 pm, arriving at the Turning Basin at 6:00 pm.
