As Passover approaches, come braid with us for our final challah before the holiday and take part in a joyful moment of transition.
During Passover, many folks set aside chametz, foods made from grains mixed with water and allowed to rise like bread, to remember the Israelites’ hurried journey out of Egypt and to reflect on what we are ready to release as we make space for freedom and renewal.
Through hands on braiding and shared ritual, we will shape our final loaves together and fill them with bright, spring-inspired flavors like citrus zest for freshness, honey for sweetness, and herbs like rosemary or thyme for growth and resilience. Together we will braid, taste, and celebrate this turning point with intention, care, and community as we step into the story of liberation.
