Join Fit4Mom Marin for a fun "Mama Mash Up" Class and Playgroup with Happy Baby Signs. This is a FREE event opens to current members, former members and anyone who has ever wanted to try out a Fit4Mom class.

The class will consist of 4 stations demonstrating our unique "mom focused" workouts. We will have Stroller Strides, Barre, Body Back and Core and Restore. The class will end with some rejuvenating stretching and breathing!

Following class, grab you little ones for a free Baby Sign Language class with Bill From Happy Baby Signs. And feel free to bring a friend!
