The Paint the Town Red committee, in association with City of Novato, is proud to present a FREE community event at Novato City Hall, 901 Sherman Ave., to celebrate Novato’s birthday. Bring the whole family and enjoy food, activities, music and birthday cake! In addition to all the free fun the “Dietrich Stroeh Youth Volunteer of the Year” award will be presented!
