Rainbow Grocery Cooperative celebrates 50 years of being in business in August 2025! All thanks to our amazing community’s support. We are throwing a party as a thank-you to the community and customers. There will be live music, food, giveaways, vendors, art stations for kids, games, and more. This celebration is free to the public. 

Come join our 50th Anniversary Block Party outside of Rainbow on Sunday, August 17th, 2025 from 12:00pm until 6:00pm! 

The block party will take place between Folsom St. and Trainor St., & on Trainor Street between 13th and 14th St. The streets will be closed off to thru-traffic from 6am – 8pm so feel free to walk around or take a seat as you listen to amazing performances.

The block party will host over 25 booths, with a range of artistic goods for sale, vendor giveaways, and community outreach programs. We will have music, food & activities.
