Upcoming Second Sunday Themes
May 11: Athletic Paper Dolls
In May, join Megan Badilla for an athletic paper doll project inspired by Jenifer K Wofford’s mural . Make sure you check out the mural on Floor 3 for inspiration and notice how graceful and strong the diver, Victoria Manolo Draves, is as she dives through the air. Think about all the different poses that athletes make — running, jumping, spinning, throwing. What kind of poses will you make?
June 8: Hometown Heroes
July 13 and August 10: SCRAP and SFPL Summer Stride with Summer Stride artist Kenard Pak
Heads up! New Hours starting in July: 10 a.m.–1 p.m.
