Sonoma County Farm Trails Fall Tour

  • Sonoma County Sebastopol, CA 95472 (map)

It's harvest time in Sonoma County Farm Trails! Gather up the whole family for our fall farm tour!

Celebrate harvest time along the Sonoma County Farm Trails! Gather up the whole family for our annual Weekend Along the Farm Trails Fall Tour on Saturday and Sunday, September 26 & 27, 2026.

Choose your own agrarian adventure from dozens of farms and producers to discover where your food, fiber, and flowers come from. Take farm tours, pick pumpkins and flowers, meet farm animals, enjoy tastings and workshops, shop for the tastiest ingredients at charming farm stands, and support local small-scale agriculture while you’re at it.

All ages are welcome! Registration is free and easy, but required to access the insider’s guide and interactive map to the tour destinations. Note that not all destinations will be open both days; they may also have special hours. Some sites will offer snacks, lunches, or bucolic picnic sites. Note that some activities may require a fee and additional RSVP, and due to the rural nature and natural terrain of tour stops, not all route participants will be suitable for those with limited mobility. Please review the Accessibility Consideration section in the tour directory for further details.

This event is funded, in part, by the Sonoma County Board of Supervisors and California Open Farm Passport.

NOTE: YOU WILL RECEIVE ADDITIONAL EMAILS WITH LINKS TO THE ONLINE TOUR DIRECTORY & MAP CLOSER TO THE EVENT DATE.

TIPS FOR THE TRAILS

  • The tour will happen rain or shine! Please be aware of the weather forecast and dress appropriately.

  • Most stops are kid-friendly. This will be noted in the tour listings.

  • Once you receive the event details via email, plan your route using special online map and tour itinerary features. Keep in mind, the nearest distance between locations may ranges from 3 - 15 miles.

  • We recommend printing the map and directions, or taking screenshots on your phone, prior to departing for your tours as cell reception is not reliable in some rural areas.

  • Read the online tour information closely. Some destinations are only open one day, have special hours, or require a fee or RSVP.

  • Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated and bring layers and protection for the sun or inclement wather.

  • Bring a cooler and basket or bag for purchases. Please carry out anything you bring with you.

  • Please keep an eye on children at all times.

  • Please drive slowly, especially on dirt roads and rural neighborhoods.

  • Please no smoking or vaping.
