Sensory Santa allows children with autism and other disabilities to meet Santa in a fun, inviting, and sensory-friendly environment that suits their unique needs.

The Children’s Museum of Sonoma County hosts free Sensory Friendly Afternoons exclusively for children with sensory processing differences and their families or caregivers.

The legendary holiday tradition festooned with lights, and we have our own private coach! Santa, cider, and sing-along, and an hour-long excursion through Santa Cruz.

Our popular holiday concert featuring musicians both with and without autism, led by virtuoso pianist Stephen Prutsman and vocalist Samantha Alexes. Sing-along to holiday favorites and expect a visit from Santa himself! The event should last a bit more than an hour.

Sensory friendly performances, also called relaxed performances, are designed to create an experience in the theater for neurodiverse audiences or anyone who has sensory sensitivities that might impact their ability to feel comfortable in a typical theater-going experience.
