Get ready for a spooktacular time at this year’s Halloween Festival, happening on Saturday, October 24 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM! Enjoy a fun-filled day with games, entertainment, and trick-or-treating for kids ages 2–12. 

Registration will open September 28. 

Ticket Information:

• Trick or Treat (ages 2-12): $10 Residents, $12 Non-Residents

• Adults (not trick or treating): $5 Residents, $7 Non-Residents 

Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by a registered adult. This event will sell out so don't forget to register your entire family! 

Ticket Pickup:

Starting October 19, you can pick up your wristbands at the Community Center (650 Shell Blvd) Monday–Friday between 2–5pm to skip the check‑in line. On the day of the event, put on your wristband before entering and simply show it to staff—no need to wait in line. Everyone in your party must be wearing a wristband to enter.

If you’re unable to pick up during the designated hours, please check in at the blue FOSTER CITY canopy at the event to receive your wristbands.
