Oh my ghost! Frances Albrier's Annual Halloween Parade and Costume Contest is back to stir up some shrieks in the neighborhood. 

Starting at 4 pm, the group will stroll around San Pablo Park to show off their costumes. At 5 pm, head to the auditorium where we’ll have a costume contest divided by grades kindergarten up to 5th grade.

Contestants will be judged in the following categories: Scariest, Cutest, and Most Creative for each grade level, from TK to 5th Grade. 

First, second, and third-place winners from each category will receive certificates and a goodie bag.
