The City of Novato Parks, Recreation & Community Services Department is conjuring up some Halloween fun with two FREE Not-So-Scary Magic Shows at 10 AM and 11:30 AM at City Hall. 
No reservations are required, so simply pick the time that suits you best. Doors open 30 minutes prior to the start.
