We’re transforming PENCO into the ultimate trick-or-treat destination for families and collectors. Bring the kids dressed in their favorite costumes, grab those trick-or-treat buckets, and make your way through a Halloween experience filled with candy, cards, collectibles, activities, scavenger hunt challenges, character meet and greets, and plenty of surprises along the way.
And costumes aren’t just for the kids! Anime, Pokémon, gaming, and pop culture cosplay are highly encouraged, especially when there will be contests with prizes. Whether you’re coming as your favorite anime character, Pokémon Trainer, superhero, villain, or something completely original, we want to see you dressed up and ready to get spooky!

Put your observation skills to the test with a fun-filled scavenger hunt throughout the event! Search for hidden clues, spooky surprises, and special items while exploring PENCO and connecting with vendors, activities, character meet and greets, and fellow attendees. Complete the hunt for a chance to win exciting prizes and PENCO surprises!

Meet special characters throughout Spook Fest and make unforgettable Halloween memories! Guests will have opportunities to take photos, interact with beloved characters, and enjoy magical moments inspired by anime, Pokémon, gaming, comics, and pop culture. Character appearances and meet-and-greet details will be announced closer to the event.
