KidStock returns in 2026 with a fresh look and plenty of family fun.

The kid-focused festival will feature live music, hands-on activities, games, arts and crafts, and more from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 15, 2026, at Pioneer Park in Downtown Mountain View. Families can enjoy live performances, a DJ dance party, art and music experiences, STEM and sports activities, and roaming entertainment throughout the event.

Touch a Truck

Vehicles from the City of Mountain View's Parks Division, Police Department, and Fire Department will be available to explore in person! Get your camera ready for all the pictures.

Sports

Inspired by the recent soccer pandemonium? Skyhawks Sports will be available for an in-person demonstration on how to kick a soccer ball!

STEM

Connect the bricks with BrickTech, who will be showing all the available ways to build with Legos. While you’re feeling imaginative, hop on over to Mad Science to make some slime in the park!

Art

Make a new summer craft with Hai Chinese, Girl Scouts of Northern California, and City of Mountain View Recreation Preschool. One of the crafts will celebrate the 250th anniversary of America!

Book

The Mountain View Public Library will be brought outside! Explore the books they have to offer while still enjoying the music in the background.

Music

Look to explore different types of instruments? Joyful Melodies Music School instrument play will be available to check out and play your own music! Throughout the day, Golden Acorn Music will be leading instrument-led activities alongside music.
