The Nicasio Country Fair takes place Saturday, August 22nd from 11 to 3 p.m. at the ball field in the town square. Featuring music by the Tim Weed Band, there will be BBQ'd hot dogs and sausages, stands with homemade desserts and lemonade, shaved ice, beer and wine, a dunk tank, children's activities, a fire truck to climb on, silent auction and vintage items for sale, baby animals, and many local vendors. Proceeds benefit the Nicasio Volunteer Fire Department.
