Together We Grow: At the 18th Season at Adoptees Connecting Club

ACC is a fun, safe and creative place for adoptees, 7-14 years old.

February 8, March 8, April 12 & May 3, 2026 Sundays from 12-4

This club is a warm, welcoming space for children who want to explore their adoption story in a supportive, playful, and age-appropriate way alongside other adopted children. Through connection with peers who share similar experiences, members are encouraged to express curiosity, ask questions, and build confidence around their unique life stories.

Children will have many opportunities to share, explore, and celebrate their individual journeys as adopted people through a rich variety of creative and embodied art forms. Activities include drawing and visual art, storytelling and personal narrative, tai chi and gentle movement, mindfulness and creative visualization, as well as imaginative play and drama. Together, these practices support self-expression, emotional awareness, resilience, and a sense of belonging—while honoring each child’s story with care, respect, and joy.
