Sexplanations, How can you stay safe and strong in your relationships. We will talk about making choices, keeping boundaries, safer sex, like birth control and condoms, and making sure our relationships are ones that make us feel good about ourselves.

Navigating Healthy Relationships: A How to Guide, Learn the tools for identifying signs of healthy relationships and the warning signs of unhealthy relationships.

 Let's Talk About Money!, Engage, Educate, Empower yourself on the five financial basics every teen needs to understand about money.

Strength in Diversity: Career Panel of Successful Women of Color, Hear from a dynamic panel of remarkable women of color who will share their experiences in a range of careers.

What is College Really Like? What about those other factors that can help you prepare for getting to college?

Session 2

Self Defense Assertiveness Training, Workshop to empower young women with assertive communication and self defense techniques to prevent sexual and interpersonal violence.

Becoming a Sexually Empowered Young Woman, Examine and question the confusing messages that the media and advertising are telling teenage girls, about what it is to be a sexy and sexually empowered girl today.

Expect Respect, Talk about what’s right for you in friendships/relationships and how to make it happen.

Social Media Pressures & How to be Yourself Anyway, Learn the techniques companies use to sell you products, and how social media posts sell ideas to you. Then, we’ll problem-solve: what can you do about it for yourself and to make social change? You’ll get everyday tools you need to fight back against pressure to be someone other than your true self.

 Ask a Sexpert, Three professional sexuality educators from Planned Parenthood will answer your sex questions.

Ladies in Law: Personal Safety, Street Smarts & Partying Practices, In this “Safe Space” and without judgement, ask the questions you have always wanted to ask about the legal system.

Taking Control of your Unique College Path: A Girl Power Guide, Cut through the mixed messages about what colleges look for and avoid the stress of feeling like you need to do a million things to be “well-rounded.”

 Human Trafficking 101, Learn about the different vulnerabilities that can lead to human trafficking.

 Menstrual Advocacy: Awareness and Empowerment, How to revolt against cramps and period discomfort by knowing what your body needs; boycott products that are not good for you; how to advocate for free products in your schools and understanding by teachers when you need to dash to the restroom.

 Career Possibilities: How Do I Get There from Here? Hear from a dynamic panel of remarkable women who will share their experiences in a range of careers.

It's Jeopardy! Sex Ed Edition Our questions will cover a range of topics, from STIs to sexual orientation to the latest in sexual health news. We’re taking high school sex ed to the next level, and this time, there will be prizes.
