We’ll float on Dream Boats wrapped in a blanket (even your toes!), a meditation mask, a cushy pillow and we drift you off to dream. Turn off the screens and bring your heart strings! Grab a friend or a foe and let’s go. Our floating sound baths are more than just a woo-with-you moment. We bring out playful energy in a safe space on land, water and even sea. FREE Redwoods + Reset

Tuesday September 22, 6:30-8p, Old Mill Park, Mill Valley

In our Redwoods + Reset experience we’ll see the sky through redwoods with healing sounds and sensations as we gather in one of our favorite Marin places. Old Mill Park in Mill Valley is a perfect place to reset with redwoods! The feelings you get laying in nature with nurture is chef’s kiss!

Babies + The Brave 

Our free monthly Social + Sound Baths are a gift to the community because not everyone can afford holistic healing. Donations benefit our Peace Project: Babies + The Brave where we bring sound bath sessions to babies, for maternal mental health, veterans and service members.
