Open Play and Birthday Parties at Playland in Sausalito

Open play sessions and kids' birthday parties are a blast at Playland in Sausalito! For those who don't know, Playland is the awesome kids' play space in a gymnasium with three full-sized inflatable bounce houses, including a 15-foot-tall slide, arcade style basketball hoops, and a toddler bounce zone, as well as games and activities like arcade style basketball hoops, cars, bouncy balls, and hippity hops!

OPEN PLAY AT PLAYLAND

Playland's open play program features bounce houses, fun play cars, hippity hops, and plenty of balls to play games and catch. Open play is offered Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays and is limited to 30 families per session; advance reservations are required. Open play is for children aged 11 months to 7 years 11 months and costs $13 for Sausalito residents and $15 for non-residents; additional children cost $5 each.

BIRTHDAY PARTIES AT PLAYLAND

Birthday parties at Playland can be booked for Saturdays and Sundays and are for children 12 and under. Playland offers semi-private (ages 7 and under), private (ages 8 and under), and private dodge ball, Nerf Blaster, basketball, or soccer parties for ages 12 and under. Parties are for up to 25 kids; larger parties of up to 45 kids cost an additional $100.

Semi-private parties for ages 7 and under take place on Saturdays during Playland open play while the space is open to the public; food service takes place in the private covered outdoor area. 90-minute semi-private parties cost $300 for Sausalito residents and $310 for non-residents.

Private parties for ages 8 and under take place on Saturdays and Sunday and provide access to the entire facility, including a full-size gymnasium filled with inflatable bounce houses and plenty of toys and games, including arcade style basketball hoops, cars, and bouncy balls. 2-hour private parties cost $380–$430 for Sausalito residents and $390–$440 for non-residents.

Your themed party will be set up with all the equipment you need in the gym. Outdoor covered seating is available for food and beverages. This party must be scheduled as the last party of the day, and curated games and activities will be run by a Playland coach. The cost is $550 for residents and $560 for non-residents.
