From yaks and camels to cows and goats, humans have been domesticating animals for dairy for over 10,000 years! In this class, we will learn about the history of dairy animals, take one of our dairy goats on a stroll around the farm, and end by tasting milks and cheeses from different types of dairy animals. Join us for this informative, fun, and delicious program!

If you enjoy ice cream, steak, cheese, or even leather boots this is your chance to thank the cows for their gifts. We'll be preparing an aromatic spa day for our eldest cow Hidden Villa, Cleo.

In this class we will explore the history of wool use around the world, get up close and personal with its providers (our friendly sheep), and use some Hidden Villa wool to create crafts to take home!

Collect herbs from our education garden, sift flour, knead the dough and enjoy breaking bread in the company of new friends!
